Approve or decline your child's requests

On Android:

1. Tap on the Guardy navigation bar.

   A list of alerts opens.

2. Select your child's request.

   If there are several requests, tap Child's requests in the upper part of the screen.

3. In the selected child's request:
   • Tap Allow if you want to allow the forbidden app or website. The app or website will be added to the exclusions list and allowed. Your child will be notified that the app or website is now available.
   • Tap Decline if you do not want to allow the forbidden app or website. Your child will be notified that the app or website is forbidden.

On iOS:

1. Tap Alerts on the Guardy navigation bar.

   A list of alerts opens.

2. Select your child's request.

   If there are several requests, tap Child's requests in the upper part of the screen.

3. In the selected child's request:
   • Tap Allow if you want to allow the forbidden app or website. The app or website will be added to the exclusions list and allowed. Your child will be notified that the app or website is now available.
   • Tap Decline if you do not want to allow the forbidden app or website. Your child will be notified that the app or website is forbidden.
