Locate your child's device

On parent Android phone:

1. Tap on the Guardy navigation bar.

   A map opens.

2. Tap and select your child's device that you want to locate.

   After the device has been located, a pin marking the location appears on the map. Guardy 

   also sends an alert to your mobile device.

   (The GPS module on a mobile device can sometimes work incorrectly and provide outdated information about your child's location. If this happens, we recommend that you restart your child's device.)

3. To refresh information about the current location of your child's mobile device, tap .

You can also view your child's device location in the Summary section.

On parent iOS device:

1. Tap Where Is Child? in the navigation bar of Guardy.
2. A map opens.
3. Tap Children and select your child's device that you want to locate.

   After the device has been located, a pin marking the location appears on the map. Guardy also sends an alert to your mobile device.

4. To refresh information about the current location of your child's mobile device, tap .
