The web filter automatically blocks all website categories that are inappropriate or harmful to children such as pornography, casino gaming sites and violence.
In addition to the default settings, sites belonging to a particular category can be blocked. One of the following options can be specified for each category:
- Allowed. Your child can visit websites in the category.
- Warn. When your child tries to open a website, Kaspersky Safe Kids notifies your child that visiting the website is not recommended. Your child can heed the warning and leave the website or ignore the warning and go to the website.
- Forbidden. When your child tries to open a website, Kaspersky Safe Kids blocks it and displays a warning window. Your child can select Ask for permission to request access to the forbidden website.
