Install the parent app

Install the parent app on iOS

Start by downloading Guardy on your iOS device by downloading the app from the App Store:

1. On the iOS device, go to the App Store and search for Guardy.
2. Click Download, and then click Install.
3. Enter your Apple ID password if needed.
4. Guardy will now be installed on your device.

Now you need to configure Guardy to use a parent, as follows:

1. Start Guardy on your mobile device.
2. The Guardy Welcome screen opens.
3. Review the app's key features and press Continue.
4. A window of conditions opens, reviewing the legal documents. If you agree with the documents, select the corresponding check boxes (if you do not agree with the documents, close the app and do not use it).
5. If you agree with the documents, click Confirm.
6. Connect your device to My Guardy by logging in with your user information IF you have created one already, IF NOT click "I'm new to Guardy" and follow the instructions. Once done the device will be connected to your My Guardy account.
7. Specify that this is a parent device.
8. Review the statement on data processing for marketing purposes. To accept the statement, press Accept and confirm the action. If you want to proceed with the installation without accepting the statement, press Skip. You can accept the statement later in the app settings.
9. Create or enter the access code for the app. The access code is the same for all devices linked to the same My Guardy account.
10. Press Continue.
11. Guardy is ready for use on your mobile device as a parent!

Install the parent app on Android

Download Guardy on your Android by installing the app from Google Play:

1. Search for Guardy on Google Play
2. On the app details page, click Install.
3. The list of permissions needed by Guardy will now appear.
4. If you agree to grant the app these permissions, tap Install (if you choose to deny the permissions, the installation will be canceled).
5. Guardy will now be installed on the device.

Now you need to configure Guardy to use a parent, as follows:

1. Start Guardy on your mobile device. The Guardy Welcome screen opens. Review the app's key features and press Continue.
