When you sign up at MYFamily Protection, your account is set by default to send you a report everyday and for each child. This reports contains a summary of the activity done on all devices associated to that child's profile.
How to change your notification settings
If you do not wish to receive this report, or if you want to receive a weekly summary also, or instead, you can change your settings. There is an email notifications section in your Family Portal that allows you to define which reports you will receive. We currently offer two options:
- Daily reports
- Weekly summary
To change your notification settings, simply visit your Family Portal and then go to Settings > Notifications. There, toggle the Daily and/or Weekly summary option to Yes / No, to receive or not daily/weekly notifications.
