MYFamily Protection sent me an email about unprotected new users on my computer, what should I do?

Overview
If you've received an email from MYFamily Protection informing you that a new user account has been created on one of your devices, and that MYFamily Protection is not supervising or protecting this user account, and you're not sure why or what it means, please read the information provided below carefully.

What is this new user account and how did it appear?
The most probable in this case, is that your child created a new user account on the computer, and that she/he is using this new account to circumvent MYFamily Protection's monitoring and protection.

What can I do to protect the new user account?
To correct this problem, go to your Family Portal and then to Settings > Devices > Edit device options. There you will see the list of user accounts on your device and the associated MYFamily Protection profile. If you find that a user account is not protected, select a MYFamily Protection profile in the dropdown next to the user account name to make sure to protect and monitor the new user account.

What can I do to make sure that all users on my devices are monitored and protected, no matter what?
To make sure that MYFamily Protection protects all users on your devices, even the ones that don't exist yet, you would have to set up default protection profile for all users of theses devices.

To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Family Portal and log in.
2. Go to  Settings > Devices > Edit device options
3. Locate "All Device Accounts" and then "Click to assign a profile."
4. Select the MYFamily Protection profile you want to use from the dropdown list.
5. Click "Save."
That's it! From now on all of your existing and future device users are protected by the default MYFamily Protection protection profile selected. You may now go to the Rules tab of the selected profile to set up specific protection rules.
