How do I change the time zone or country of my account?

You might need to change the time zone or country associated with your MYFamily Protection account, for example because you or your children are traveling to a different time zone. To do so, please follow the instructions below.
How to change the time zone associated with my account
To change the time zone, follow these steps:
- Log into your Family Portal
- Go to Settings > Your account.
- In the Timezone section, select the time zone from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Settings.
How to change the country associated with my account
To change the country, follow these steps:
- Log into your Family Portal Go to Settings > Your account.
- In the Country section, select the country from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Settings.
